In order to start your journey, go to the check-in desk of the respective airline company and show your electronic ticket and all travel documents (passport, ID card, visa etc.) you require for the journey. After you have registered your baggage you will immediately receive a conventional boarding pass. The procedure is the same for your return flight.
There is also the possibility of using an Auto Check-In Machine at the airport or to check-in via internet – a feature certain airlines provide.
It is important to know that, in some countries, the electronic ticket (E-ticket) is mandatory for entering the airport.
Please also note that you will have to show your hotel voucher at the check-in counter if you have booked a combined flight-hotel package.
The airline is responsible for changing or cancelling your flight. However, there are major differences in handling and processing a ticket, depending on the type of ticket you have bought.
For more information, read the terms and regulations for the ticket you have bought and check whether there are any cancellation fees, and if there are, how much it will cost you.
Fees in the event of changes:
If no special regulations are listed for your flight or if our system is not capable of displaying them, please contact us so we can forward you all required information.
It is important to note that, in the event of a cancellation, you will be covered by an insurance in some cases and that your expenses will be refunded.
Please also note that your flight ticket cannot be transferred, i.e. as soon as you have completed your booking procedure and the reservation has been registered by the system, the airline will no longer authorize any ticket transfers to other persons or changes of name(s).
Therefore we advise you to carefully consider whether a change of your flight might become necessary. In this case, you should purchase a ticket with flexible conditions, which, however, may involve higher costs.
